Bookings
All bookings made through this site are confirmed, subject to any conditions highlighted during the booking process. At the completion of the booking process you are presented with a printable booking receipt. These reference numbers should be retained by you and quoted in any future correspondence with your destination. Changes to bookings cannot be made through this website, and must be made directly with your destination provider. Changes to bookings cannot be guaranteed, are at the discretion of the local company.

Payments
The payment you make on this website comprises a deposit for the cost of your entire booking. The deposit amount is charged to your card immediately by PayPal, and is non-refundable. You are required to pay the remaining balance in local currency on arrival.

Cancellations
Bookings made on this website can be cancelled either by contacting the local Providers directly. Cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours in advance of arrival time: No further charges apply.
  • Within 48 hours of arrival time: We will charge full amount to by your PayPal account.

Refunds
The booking deposit amount is non-refundable. No refunds will therefore be issued.

We cannot accept any liability where the service booking could not be fulfilled due to circumstances which we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided.
